• Environment: Treatments occur in our comfortable Scottsdale clinic, with flexible scheduling and supportive care from start to finish.

 • Avoid eating solid foods for 4 hours and clear liquids for 2 hours before your session.

• Arrange for transportation home, as you may feel drowsy afterward.

• Inform us of all medications and health conditions.

• Wear comfortable clothing and bring any personal items for relaxation (e.g., headphones).

You'll relax in a private room while ketamine is administered via IV. Many patients describe a dream-like or dissociative state, which is part of the therapeutic effect.
